Stable Electric Power Supply Initiatives

Electricity generated at power plants is delivered to customers via our power network facilities, which include power transmission lines and substations. The Power Network Department strives to construct, repair, operate, and maintain power network facilities and to quickly troubleshoot any issues so that we may deliver a stable supply of electricity to our customers.

The Power Distribution Department regularly inspects and services power distribution facilities to ensure that they are maintained and managed to prevent service interruptions from occurring.

So that our customers are guaranteed a high-quality electricity supply, we have worked to develop disaster-resilient facilities across all phases of the delivery of electricity to our customers. We maintain a disaster-prevention system so that we are always ready to respond should one arise, the goal being the prompt restoration of service.
