Procurement of Steel Towers for the Mie Higashi-Omi Line Replacement

1.Application Scope

Chubu Electric Power Grid Co., Inc. invites manufacturers of steel towers for the Mie Higashi-Omi Line Replacement. This initiative aims to minimize the risk of schedule delays and reduce costs due to the project's large scale.

* Please refer to the attached " General Technical Information " for a summary of the steel towers specifications.

2. Application Period

January 13, 2026 (Tuesday) - January 27, 2026 (Tuesday). (Deadline: 5:00 PM)

3. Application Requirements

• Suppliers who intend to fulfill their responsibilities for manufacturing, installation, and post-delivery troubleshooting of the steel towers.
• Suppliers with a track record in the design, manufacturing, and delivery of steel towers for 275kV and above.

4. Application Method

Please fill out the required information in the attached "Application Form (including Business Activity Survey sheet)" and "Confidentiality Pledge," and submit them via email to the Application E-email address below. Additionally, send the "Application Form (with your official seal)" and "Confidentiality Pledge (with your official seal)" to the postal address below.

5.Prequalification

Applicants shall be requested to participate in Prequalification by Chubu Electric Power Grid Co., Inc., in terms of financial condition, eligibility for technical requirements and so on.
More details of Prequalification procedures will be instructed individually upon receiving application.
In some cases, we may eliminate applicants according to contents of their survey sheets.
